Weatherization Course

The objective of the Weatherization course is to prepare students to work in the energy efficiency or green building fields. This course will focus on weatherization terminology, testing, and analysis of energy saving technology. The program will cover the Department of Energy’s core competencies including installer fundamentals and intermediate fundamentals.

Prerequisite:           

Possess a valid CA Drivers License. Score 211 or above in Math and 221 or above in Reading CASAS Assessment.

Length:                     

160 Hours/4 Weeks

Daily Schedule:      

Mon-Fri: 8 to 4pm
