General Information

1. Only two children are allowed per bedroom. (This includes children of foster
parents.)

2. Each child, must have their own bed.

3. Children cannot share bedrooms with adults.

4. The genders, are not allowed to be mixed in a bedroom after the age of five.

5. No more than two children are allowed in a foster home under the age of two.

6. No room commonly used for other purposes may be used as a bedroom. No
room used as a public passageway to another room may be used as a bedroom.

7. There are special rules for swimming pools and child proofing once a home of
a family accepts children under the age of six.

8. The use of corporal (physical punishment) is strictly forbidden.

9. Foster parents must have a First Aid Kit that includes the following items:
a. First Aid Manual
b. Bandages or Roller bandages
c. Scissors
d. Thermometer
e. Sterile dressings
f. Adhesive Tape
g. Tweezers
h. Antiseptic solution
