What to Do If You Have a Complaint

Director you have the right to address the issue to the Chief Operations Officer who has the authority to make a final decision within 5 days.

For both complaints and grievances, you have the right to be accompanied by a lawyer or other representative of your choice at all stages of the process. Various statutes, regulations and Proteus, Inc. policies guarantee you the right to file complaints and grievances without penalty, harassment or retribution.

Rules for some of Proteus, Inc.’s funding sources may provide you with additional rights in resolving complaints and grievances. Proteus, Inc.’s AA/EEO Officer is accessible to inform you of any additional rights which may be available.
