For the past eleven months, the Spotlight Award has recognized staff members nominated by their peers for outstanding character, deeds, or notable situations that reflect the Proteus, Inc. vision: improving the quality of life for farmworkers and diverse program participants by being the premier provider of services.
December’s award takes on special significance, as it is presented to the staff member who received the most nominations throughout the year and has not previously won the Spotlight Award. We are proud to announce that Visalia Service Center Manager Yolanda Valles has earned this distinction as this year’s Most Nominated Person and recipient of December’s Spotlight Award.
Yolanda received seven nominations and has been described as a highly attentive manager who supports her staff and is always ready to address questions or concerns at a moment’s notice. This recognition is a testament to Yolanda’s dedication, leadership, and caring personality.
