The Proteus Visalia Youth Scholarship is available to residents of Visalia who are 18 years old or younger and are either migrant seasonal farmworkers themselves or dependents of migrant seasonal farmworkers.

- Citizenship: Monday & Wednesday, 6:00-9:00 PM
- High School Equivalency: Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-9:00 PM
